Complete Concept & Logo Creation
If you need help coming up with a concept AND the perfect logo to match it, this package gives you all the options. Our design team will help you shape your ideas into a clear concept, then you will receive 8-10 logo ideas from different designers. Pick your favorite, and receive up to three rounds of revisions to make it just right. You'll receive digital copies (AI and PNG files) to keep for all your future printing needs.
Example: Colten doesn't have a logo. He likes dogs, cats, video games, cooking and ninja and wants to see lots of ideas and then pick his favorite.
Timeframe: We'll put our design team to work immediately, but allow 7-10 days to see the initial 8-10 logo ideas. Each round of revisions should be completed within 48 hours of receiving your comments.

Shipping
Ozzi products are made-to-order. Once your order is received, the order is immediately placed in the queue for production. Based on the current production queue, the garment may take anywhere from 5-7 business days to complete. Once complete, the products will be shipped via the method you specify during the check-out process. Most orders will be received around two weeks after the order is submitted. Should you want your order in a shorter timeline, please do not place your order until you speak with an Ozzi representative.
Return Policy
Each Ozzi garment is individually prepared based on the order received (everything is made-to-order). All merchandise is custom made at the time of order, so, unfortunately, returns are not possible. Make some lemonade - spread the ninja love by giving the merch to another fan!!
If a product is materially defective, please notify us within two weeks of receipt of the product. We do our best to inspect each product thoroughly prior to shipping, but accidents do happen. Should there be a physical defect in the product, we will replace the product with an identical product at no additional cost.
