If you can dream up a design, we can put it on a shirt! Price includes shirt with printing on one location (either front or back). Printing on a second location can be added for an additional cost.

Follow the steps below to get started:

1. Choose a shirt style.
2. Choose a shirt size.
3. Choose a shirt color.
4. Indicate if artwork should be printed on the front, back or both.
5. Upload artwork files.

Note: You will be emailed a proof of your shirt design prior to printing. Once your proof is approved, purchase cannot be refunded, and we do not accept returns on custom shirts.

Shirt Color: Enter the desired color name in the text box, being as descriptive as possible (light blue, royal blue or navy blue instead of just "blue"). Please note that not all shirt styles are available in all colors, so an Ozzi rep will contact you regarding any availability issues.

Artwork: Artwork will be printed from the file you provide, so make sure all text, graphics and colors are exactly as you want them on your shirt.

Shipping

Ozzi products are made-to-order. Once your order is received, the order is immediately placed in the queue for production. Based on the current production queue, the garment may take anywhere from 5-7 business days to complete. Once complete, the products will be shipped via the method you specify during the check-out process. Most orders will be received around two weeks after the order is submitted. Should you want your order in a shorter timeline, please do not place your order until you speak with an Ozzi representative.

Return Policy

Each Ozzi garment is individually prepared based on the order received (everything is made-to-order). All merchandise is custom made at the time of order, so, unfortunately, returns are not possible. Make some lemonade - spread the ninja love by giving the merch to another fan!!

If a product is materially defective, please notify us within two weeks of receipt of the product. We do our best to inspect each product thoroughly prior to shipping, but accidents do happen. Should there be a physical defect in the product, we will replace the product with an identical product at no additional cost.
